Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the AcUnify Admissions** online application platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Application and User Conduct

• **Accuracy of Information:** You warrant that all information you provide through the Service is true, accurate, current, and complete. Providing false information may result in the rejection or revocation of your application.
• **Application Fee:** The stated non-refundable application fee ([R35.00 per university) must be paid as per the instructions provided upon submission.
• **Prohibited Uses:** You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to transmit any malware or viruses, or to upload documents that you do not have the right to share.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AcUnify and its licensors. Your application data remains your property, but you grant us the necessary license to share it with selected partner institutions for processing.

4. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall AcUnify, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any errors or omissions in the content.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of at least 30 days before any new terms take effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
